Despite these issues, the room had everything we needed. The centralized air-conditioning made it extremely hot, leading us to keep the windows open all night during winter. The service was top-notch, especially with helpful advice and cappuccinos every breakfast. The location was convenient for Termini station, but not in the nicest area of Rome.
